2. Data We Collect

We collect only what's necessary to provide our service:

Account Data: Email address and password (hashed) when you sign up.
Payment Data: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.
Usage Data: Credits used, images generated (count, not content), marketplace selections.
Uploaded Images: Processed in memory for AI generation. We do not permanently store your uploaded product photos.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and access times (via Cloudflare analytics).

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain the SellPic service
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To track credit usage and prevent abuse
To send important service-related emails (account confirmation, payment receipts)
To improve our service based on aggregate usage patterns

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase (EU region) — Authentication and database
Stripe — Payment processing
Cloudflare — Hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection
Google Gemini API — AI image generation (your images are sent to Google's API for processing)

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting hello@sellpic.ai.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user in the EU, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Export your data in a portable format
Object to processing
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure API key management. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant).

9. Children

SellPic is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
